Our Company
Northeast Releaf LLC is a local farm and delivery service. We focus on naturally grown high quality THCA legal cannabis at a fair price for our community. Our head cultivator has been invested in cannabis for many years. Cultivataing clean natural flower is a top priority at our company. Growing in the smoky mountains of Northeast PA has provided us with beautiful soil in which to grow healthy and vibrant plants. We operate legally under the 2018 Farm bill and all of our products are in compliance. We have certificates of analysis for all products stating that the Delta-9 THC content is less than 0.3% on a dry weight basis.
All clients must be 21 or older to purchase any of our THCA products.
The 2018 Farm Bill, also known as the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018, legalized hemp and its derivatives, including THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid), as long as they contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis12. This distinction allows for the legal sale and possession of hemp-derived THCA in the United States3.
It is important to not that while THCA itself is non-intoxicating, it can convert to THC (the psychoactive component) when heated, such as through smoking or vaping. THCA is not the same as CBD.
